What is included in the room rate?
Our standard rates are per room per night and include accommodation, full English breakfast and Value Added Tax.
Do all your room contain private facilities?
Yes, all our rooms have en suite facilities and cater for the needs of today's discerning traveller.
Is there a TV in the rooms?
Yes. All hotels have colour TV, most with satellite and some with Pay Per View movie channels.
Do you have non-smoking rooms?
Yes, the majority of our bedrooms are non smoking.
Do you have non-smoking restaurants?
Yes. All restaurants are non-smoking.
Do you welcome children?

What are the check in and check out times?
You may check in any time after 3pm up to 11pm. Later check-out can be arranged with individual hotels - a charge will be made. Rooms must be vacated by 11am on day of departure.
What payment methods are acceptable?
We accept most debit and credit cards, cash, and cheque's up to the value of your guarantee card.
Why should I book online?
Elizabeth Hotels offer special internet rates for its customers choosing to book online. No money will be debited until you check out (your credit card details serve as a guarantee for the reservation).
Do your hotels offer car-parking?
On street and off street car-parking is available at all hotels.
Do you accept dogs?
Small to medium dogs are welcome for a small charge of £10.00 per day.
